DAMAGED PACKAGE / GOODS

If the purchaser receives damaged package, then the package and to goods have to be photographed and reported to the seller within 48h hours after the delivery. If the package is delivered by a courier in person, then the package has to be marked as damaged during delivery. Once the seller receives the complaint and the pictures, the seller is able to issue a claim to the shipping company. Once the seller’s claim has been registered, then the purchaser also has to be issue claim to the shipping company. Once both, sellers and purchasers, claims have been registered by the shipping company, then the sellers is able to ship out a replacement product.

If the purchaser haven’t made the photos of the damaged package and goods and reported to the seller within 48 hours after the delivery, then the seller has right not to replace the damaged goods.
